Set up your practices, employees, services, and inventory before using Prism day-to-day
Before using Prism day-to-day, you'll need to configure your business settings. This section walks you through the four key areas of setup.
Practices
Set up your practice locations with contact details, addresses, and PCSE codes. Configure opening hours and closures for each practice.
Employees
Invite your team and assign roles — Admin, Optician, or Support. Set up individual working hours per practice.
Appointments & Services
Define the appointment types and standard services your practice offers, including durations, pricing, and color coding.
Go to Appointments & Services →
Inventory
Add your product catalogue with variants, pricing, and stock levels. Use CSV import for bulk operations.
