Managing staff and user roles


Add and manage user access to the system.

User Roles

  • Admin: Full access to all features — analytics, employees, inventory, settings, patients, appointments, billing, and messages.
  • Optician: Clinical workflow — optician notes, prescriptions, vouchers/EGOS, and appointments. Read-only access to support notes.
  • Support: Front desk workflow — patients, appointments, billing, messages, orders, and support notes. Read-only access to optician notes.
